It depends on how much data change you can afford to lose. Many businesses run daily backups with critical systems backed up more frequently – we help you set the right schedule during the assessment.
What's the difference between cloud and on-premise backup?
On-premises gives you the fastest local recovery; cloud protects you if your physical site is damaged, robbed, or otherwise compromised. Most businesses we work with end up using both.
How do we know our backups will actually work when we need them?
Only by testing them. We run scheduled recovery tests as part of our managed backup service – not backup jobs that run silently and are never verified.
Can you take over and fix an existing backup setup, or does it need to be new?
