Generative AI Services in Oman
Tired of watching your team retype the same answers, dig through folders for the same documents, or wait days for a report that should take an hour? Lyqa Tech Ventures designs, builds and deploys generative AI solutions – chatbots, internal document search, content automation and system integrations – for businesses across Oman, delivered through Falcon Pro AI, our own enterprise AI platform.
We are an Omani-owned technology company working across Muscat, Sohar, Salalah and Duqm, with 10+ years delivering IT, ELV and cybersecurity solutions in the Sultanate. Because Falcon Pro AI is built and maintained in-house rather than resold from a third-party platform, your AI solution is built and secured by the same team, not handed to a subcontractor who has never seen your systems.
Why AI Adoption in Oman Now Needs a Data-Governance Plan, Not Just a Tool
The PDPL changes what "just try an AI tool" means
Oman's Personal Data Protection Law, issued under Royal Decree 6/2022, is now fully in force - enforcement began on 5 February 2026, following the transition period set out in its Executive Regulations. The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology oversees compliance, and organisations that process personal data in Oman are expected to obtain proper consent, issue clear privacy notices, control any transfer of data outside the Sultanate, and be able to respond to a breach.
That matters directly for generative AI, because most AI tools work by processing data - customer records, staff details, contracts, medical or financial information - through a model. Feeding that data into a public AI tool without checking where it goes, who can access it, and whether it leaves Oman is no longer just a security question; it is a compliance one.
Where AI adoption usually goes wrong
In our experience, AI projects rarely fail because the underlying model is weak. They fail because of what happens around it: sensitive data pasted into a public chatbot with no oversight, a pilot that was never tested against real customer questions before going live, no one clearly responsible for keeping the AI's information current, or a tool that was deployed without training the staff who are supposed to use it. A generative AI service should close these gaps before deployment, not after something goes wrong.
Generative AI Services We Deliver Through Falcon Pro AI
Falcon Pro AI is Lyqa Tech's enterprise AI product - it's the platform behind every generative AI service listed below, so you're working with one product and one accountable team rather than a stack of third-party AI subscriptions bolted together.
AI Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
Built to answer real customer or staff questions in Arabic and English - booking enquiries, order status, service requests, HR queries - instead of a scripted bot that fails the moment someone phrases a question differently.
Internal Knowledge Search
Your policies, manuals, contracts and historical records are turned into a system staff can question in plain language, with answers drawn from your own documents rather than the public internet - so nothing is fabricated and nothing leaves the organization that shouldn't.
AI-Assisted Content & Document Generation
Draft proposals, reports, correspondence and marketing copy in a fraction of the time, with your team reviewing and approving rather than starting from a blank page.
Workflow & Process Automation
AI connected to your CRM, ERP or email system to handle routine approvals, data entry, ticket triage and follow-up communication automatically.
Specialized Applications for Regulated and Sensitive Data
Some organizations cannot simply route information through a public AI service. For these cases we deliver:
Private and on-premise AI deployment - the model runs on infrastructure you control, so data never leaves your environment.
Bilingual Arabic-English processing - built for organizations that operate in both languages day to day, not translated as an afterthought.
Sector-specific document handling - contracts, financial statements, medical records or government correspondence processed with the access controls those documents require.
Voice-enabled assistants - for call centers and front-desk operations that need spoken, not just typed, interaction.
Cloud AI vs Private / On-Premise AI
A straight comparison to help you choose the right deployment model for your data.

Who We Work With Across Oman
How a Lyqa Tech Generative AI Project Runs
Discovery and assessment
We review your current workflows, data, and systems to identify where AI genuinely reduces workload - and where it doesn't.
Solution design
We define the right capability (chatbot, document search, automation, or a combination) and the right deployment model - cloud or private - based on your data sensitivity.
Development and integration
We build the solution and connect it to your existing systems: CRM, ERP, email, or internal databases.
Testing and validation
We test the system against real scenarios from your business before anyone outside the project team relies on it.
Deployment and training
We roll the solution out and train your staff to use it and recognize when to double-check its output.
Ongoing support
Scheduled review and refinement as your data, systems and business needs change.
Request an agentic AI process audit
Tell us the workflow you want to automate and which systems it touches, and we'll tell you honestly whether an agent is the right fit before we quote anything.
What Drives the Cost of a Generative AI Solution
We do not publish fixed prices, because the real number depends on scope. These are the variables that actually move it:
Which capability you need - a single chatbot costs less to build than a solution spanning search, automation and system integration.
Data volume and complexity - how many documents or records need to be processed and kept current.
Deployment model - cloud-based AI has lower upfront cost; private/on-premise AI costs more to set up but keeps data fully in-house.
Number of system integrations - each connection to a CRM, ERP or other platform adds engineering and testing time.
Ongoing support requirements - how often the AI's knowledge needs updating and how much monitoring the business wants.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to use generative AI with our company's confidential data?
Only if it’s set up correctly. Public AI tools process data through third-party servers, which may not meet PDPL requirements for consent and cross-border transfer. We assess your data sensitivity first and recommend private or on-premise deployment where it’s warranted.
Does the PDPL affect whether we can use AI tools at all?
It doesn’t prohibit AI use – it sets requirements for how personal data is consented to, processed, and transferred. A properly designed AI solution is built to meet those requirements rather than work around them.
We already use ChatGPT or a similar tool - do we still need a custom solution?
It depends on what you’re using it for. General drafting help is usually fine. Anything involving customer data, staff records, or confidential documents is where a custom, controlled solution matters.
How long does it take to deploy a generative AI solution?
It depends on scope. A single chatbot or document-search tool typically deploys faster than a solution integrated across multiple business systems – we confirm a timeline after the discovery phase.
What does a generative AI solution cost?
It depends on the capability, data volume, deployment model, and number of system integrations. We provide a customized quote after understanding your requirements.
