Preventive Maintenance (Quarterly)

Scheduled quarterly visits to maintain system health and prevent downtime. Activities include:

Visual inspection and alignment check of all cameras and mounts

Testing door access readers, biometric devices, and locks

Verifying controller communication with software/server

Checking PoE, power supplies, and UPS backup performance

Reviewing NVR storage health, playback quality, and retention period

Testing door release and emergency override features

Cleaning of sensors, lenses, and network cabinet components

Verifying firmware versions and time synchronization

Submission of a detailed maintenance report after every visit

Corrective Maintenance (On-Call)
